Is the Passport Process Returning to Normal

According to DeboHobo.com the U.S Passport process may be returning to the standard processing time. I have to agree with DeboHobo state that if your passport is expiring soon or if you are in need of your first passport, I would not wait. Remember this is the government that we are taking about. Having a planned vacation put on hold because of something as simple as a passport would be a shame.
